What is Kid Kare?
Kid Kare is the before and after school program that is offered to students in all grades. Our Lady of Grace School offers this program as a convience for parents who need child care outside of regular school hours.
Philosophy: The program is offered before and after school to students in all grades. It offers outdoor recreation/snack, study time, and creative activities in a safe and nurturing environment under adult supervision.
General Program Policies: All school policies in the Our Lady of Grace Parent/Student Handbook are also applicable to Kid Kare. The handbook is available online on our school website.
Activities: Kid Kare activities include games, homework, study time and crafts.
Facilities: Study time, crafts and indoor games take place in the Augustine Center. Our large playground provides plenty of space for outdoor activities.
When is Kid Kare available?
Kid Kare hours of operation are:
Morning: 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Afternoon: Dismissal - 6:00 p.m.
Please Note: Kid Kare is NOT available during school closures (or when school closures begin).
How do I enroll in Kid Kare?
- Read and understand the Kid Kare program and fees.
- Electronically sign and submit the form below.
- Submit your $75 family registration fee online via the OLG School payments page.
Kid Kare Enrollment Form
- Financial Information: Kid Kare payments are processed through FACTS on the 5th of the month.
- Family Registration Fee: $75 per family/year (non-refundable)
- Registered Hourly Rate: $8.00 per child.
- Non-Registered Hourly Rate: $10.00 per child.
- After 6:00pm, every 5 minutes over is an additional $8.00.
- Late Payment fee is $35.00 per month.
- Kid Kare is NOT open during school closures.
